Throughout his career, Shaheen has led and delivered complex programmes in auditing, quality systems, and regulatory-driven operational excellence, working with both established organisations and fast-moving startups. He has played a key role in building and scaling GMP operations, supporting new venture creation, and driving strategic business development in the UK and internationally.
